The option to see a report on all files or list items that are checked out to you in a site does not appear on all sites. Its inclusion depends on the features that the site manager enabled on the site you are using or on the site collection you are using.

To access a report, you need to use the Site Actions menu that appears at the upper-right corner of the page (if you have the required permissions and if the site uses the right features). From this menu, select Manage Content and Structure. This redirects you to a page designed for quicker management of a site, as shown in Figure 1.

Figure 1. The Site Content and Structure page.

One option this page offers you is a way to locate the files that are currently checked out to you. This option is available under the Default View drop-down in the right section of the page. You open that drop-down and select the Checked Out to Me option (see Figure 2).

Figure 2. Selecting the Checked Out to Me option shows the files checked out to you in the site.

You can then use the drop-down menus for each of the files to check them in, or you can select multiple files with the check boxes and check them all in by using the Actions menu (see Figure 3).

Figure 3. Selecting Check In from the Actions menu enables you to check in the selected files.
